2001-2005 Created/Owned The Outdoors Arizona Outdoor Recreation Expo Educating beginning and veteran outdoor enthusiasts alike.
2004-2005 Performed all Legislative bench marking and research with thirteen states to promote HB 2129. “The Bad Boys, Anti-Poaching Bill”.
Named after the anti-poaching radio segment, on my radio show “Outdoors Arizona with Jim”with the Arizona Game and Fish department. This Bill raised the fines for poachers from $1200 to $10,000. It was signed into law on my birthday on May 2nd, 2005 by then Governor Janet Napolitano.

Organized inaugural fishing event for underprivileged children increasing event attendance the following year by 58%

 Launched the first ever interactive outdoor education program for 300 children promoting outdoor activities and fitness

Hired at the Montana Cooperative Wildlife Research Unit two days after (July 6th 1975) I arrived in Missoula.
Upon Dr. John Craighead’s request I applied for and was hired as part of the research team for reaffirming ground truth data supplied to us by Land/Sat imagery. Habitat Typing of Grizzly Bear Habitat in the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area,1976.
